Michelle is a STOTT PILATES™ Instructor and Instructor Trainer at Bodycenter. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 1994 and a certified yoga instructor since 1999.
Michelle enjoys working privately with clients, drawing from all of these areas to help them find efficient movement and strength that best fits their lifestyle, needs, and limitations. In her massage practice she employs a variety of treatment methods working primarily with athletes and people with special needs.

Jo Winner is a Licensed Massage Practitioner and STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor specializing in Injuries and Special Populations, especially conditions dealing with chronic pain. In her 10 years of movement experience, education, and practice, Jo has seen it proven time and time again that a healthy body is a balanced body.
As a patient of a chronic pain condition, Jo is uniquely attuned to the needs of the chronic pain patient. Working with clients who suffer from conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Ehler's Danlos Syndrome is one of Jo's greatest motivations. Providing relief for her clients and building a community of support for people with these conditions is deeply important to Jo.
Jo holds a BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts, where she graduated Cum Laude with an emphasis in biomechanics. Jo will soon be a certified Reiki Practitioner and Herbalist under the tutelage of Rosemary Gladstar.

4 WEEK FUNDAMENTALS
Designed for clients that are new to Pilates. You will learn the fundamentals of alignment and how to properly use core muscles. Covers both mat & the Reformer.
