By 2004 she had gotten to know many of the instructors with Bodycenter Studios and she began teaching classes for them on various parts of the body. An anatomy series for the instructor-training program was added later. After enjoying years of working with a number of tremendously talented PTs, Ellen has decided to start her own business, Smooth Moves PT, within Body Center Studios Pilates center. When not doing PT, Ellen enjoys teaching downhill skiing, running in the woods with her dog Sneakers, cycling, rowing an ocean shell, riding her new electric scooter, photography, and laughing with & at the antics of her teenaged son Christopher.
